Delivery of your licenses

At Software Licence, we offer two delivery methods depending on the products: digital delivery (activation key by email) and physical delivery (bootable USB key). Here's everything you need to know.

📧 Digital Delivery — Licenses by email

The vast majority of our products (Microsoft Office, Windows digital key, Autodesk, antivirus, etc.) are delivered exclusively digitally. After payment confirmation, you automatically receive an email containing:

Your license key / activation key
Step-by-step activation instructions
The official software download link (if applicable)
Your invoice

Digital Delivery Times

In all cases, digital delivery is guaranteed within a maximum of 24 hours, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

📦 Physical Delivery — Bootable Windows USB Keys

Our Windows products on bootable 8GB USB keys (Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro, Windows 8.1 Pro) are shipped physically with package tracking.

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your package is dispatched. Delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or due to postal delays.

Note: The USB key contains both the bootable installation media AND the license key, ready for use upon receipt.

How to activate your license?

Microsoft Office & Windows Licenses (digital)

Download the software from microsoft.com
Install it on your PC or Mac
During activation, enter the key received by email
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete activation

Bootable Windows USB Key (physical)

Plug the USB key into your PC
Restart and boot from the USB key
Follow the on-screen installation instructions
Enter the included license key during activation

Autodesk Licenses (AutoCAD, Revit, Maya, etc.)

Go to manage.autodesk.com
Log in or create a free Autodesk account
Enter the activation key received by email
Download and install the software

Refund Policy

In accordance with European legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digitally delivered licenses. For physical products (USB key), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. If your key is non-functional, we guarantee a replacement or refund within 72 hours. Consult our Terms and Conditions for more details.
