📦 Orders & Delivery
How do I receive my license after purchase?
Your license key is sent automatically by email upon payment confirmation, usually within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't receive it.
How long does delivery take?
- Digital Licenses (Office, Autodesk, antivirus...): a few minutes to a maximum of 24 hours
- Physical Windows USB Drives: 2 to 5 days in France, 5 to 12 days internationally
I haven't received my license key, what should I do?
1. Check your spam folder
2. Verify the email address entered during the order
3. Wait a maximum of 24 hours
4. Contact us via chat or email with your order number
Can I change my email address after ordering?
Yes, contact our support quickly with your order number and we will resend the key to the correct address.
🔑 Activation & Compatibility
How do I activate my Microsoft Office license?
Download Office from microsoft.com, install it, then enter the key received by email during the activation step.
How do I activate an Autodesk license?
Go to manage.autodesk.com, log in to your Autodesk account (or create one for free), then enter your activation key.
How many devices can I use my license on?
This depends on the product. The number of authorized devices is indicated on each product page. Generally:
• Perpetual licenses (Office 2016/2019/2021/2024): 1 PC
• Subscriptions (Office 365): up to 5 devices
Is my license compatible with Mac?
Mac compatibility is indicated on each product page. Office 2021 and 2024 Home & Business for Mac licenses are available separately.
Can I use my license on Windows 11?
Yes, all our Office 2019, 2021, and 2024 licenses are compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11. Office 2016 versions are compatible with Windows 7, 8, and 10.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are SSL secured and PCI-DSS certified.
Is payment secure?
Yes, 100%. We never have access to your bank details. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is automatically sent by email with your order. You can also find it in your customer area.
🔄 Refund & Guarantee
Can I get a refund?
In accordance with European law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital licenses delivered immediately. However, if your key is non-functional, we guarantee a replacement or refund within 72 hours.
My key isn't working, what should I do?
Contact us immediately via chat or email with:
• Your order number
• A screenshot of the error message
We will send you a new key or process a refund within 72 hours.
Are the licenses official and authentic?
Yes, all our licenses are official and come from authorized distribution channels. They are 100% authentic and activatable directly on Microsoft or Autodesk servers.

Can I get an invoice with VAT for my company?
